This Internet Usage Policy applies to all employees of who have access to computers and the Internet to be used in the performance of their work. Use of the Internet by employees of AuraPlayer USA / Inc. / Ltd. is permitted and encouraged where such use supports the goals and objectives of the business. However, access to the Internet through AuraPlayer USA / Inc.is a privilege and all employees must adhere to the policies concerning Computer, Email and Internet usage. Violation of these policies could result in disciplinary and/or legal action leading up to and including termination of employment. Employees may also be held personally liable for damages caused by any violations of this policy. All employees are required to acknowledge receipt and confirm that they have understood and agree to abide by the rules hereunder. 

Computer, email and internet usage

 

  1. Company employees are expected to use the Internet responsibly and productively. Internet access is limited to job-related activities only and personal use is not permitted
  2. Job-related activities include research and educational tasks that may be found via the Internet that would help in an employee’s role
  3. All Internet data that is composed, transmitted and/or received by AuraPlayer USA / Inc. / Ltd. computer systems is considered to belong to AuraPlayer USA / Inc. / Ltd. and is recognized as part of its official data. It is therefore subject to disclosure for legal reasons or to other appropriate third parties
  4. The equipment, services and technology used to access the Internet are the property of AuraPlayer USA / Inc./ Ltd. and the company reserves the right to monitor Internet traffic and monitor and access data that is composed, sent or received through its online connection
  5. Emails sent via the company email system should not contain content that is deemed to be offensive. This includes, though is not restricted to, the use of vulgar or harassing language/images
  6. All sites and downloads may be monitored and/or blocked by AuraPlayer USA / Inc. / Ltd. if they are deemed to be harmful and/or not productive to business
  7. The installation of software such as instant messaging technology is strictly prohibited

Unacceptable use of the internet by employees includes, but is not limited to: 

 

  1. Sending or posting discriminatory, harassing, or threatening messages or images on the Internet or via AuraPlayer USA / Inc. / Ltd. email service 
  2. Using computers to perpetrate any form of fraud, and/or software, film or music piracy 
  3. Stealing, using, or disclosing someone else’s password without authorization 
  4. Downloading, copying or pirating software and electronic files that are copyrighted or without authorization 
  1. Sharing confidential material, trade secrets, or proprietary information outside of the organization 
  2. Hacking into unauthorized websites 
  3. Sending or posting information that is defamatory to the company, its products/services, colleagues and/or customers 
  4. Introducing malicious software onto the company network and/or jeopardizing the security of the organization’s electronic communications systems 
  5. Sending or posting chain letters, solicitations, or advertisements not related to business purposes or activities 
  6. Lewd images or pornography  
  7. Passing off personal views as representing those of the organization 

If an employee is unsure about what constituted acceptable Internet usage, then he/she should ask his/her supervisor for further guidance and clarification 

 

All terms and conditions as stated in this document are applicable to all users of AuraPlayer USA / Inc. / Ltd.  network and Internet connection. All terms and conditions as stated in this document reflect an agreement of all parties and should be governed and interpreted in accordance with the policies and procedures mentioned above. Any user violating these policies is subject to disciplinary actions deemed appropriate by AuraPlayer USA / Inc. / Ltd.

Before joining AuraPlayer, Elizabeth completed a Masters degree in Education and worked as a teacher. Elizabeth’s role as Customer Relationship Manager combines both her passion for technology and her deep desire to educate  others. On a daily basis, Elizabeth takes the valuable insights she gained as a teacher and uses them to rise within the world of tech. She uses her skills of active listening, organization, preparation, and clear communication to enhance the wonderful relationships she has with both coworkers and customers.

 

Elizabeth is originally from the United States but currently resides in England. In her spare time, she loves exercising, spending time with her family and friends, and playing volleyball.

Nathalie Wasserman
CFO & Operations Manager

Natalie is proud to be AuraPlayer’s Operations and Chief Financial Officer. She takes pride in her work, and loves being a part of the AuraPlayer family. Prior to working at AuraPlayer, Nathalie worked at various companies as an accountant. She attended the University College London (UCL), where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in economics and business. She then went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Political Economies in Eastern Europe.

With over 30 years of experience in the high technology sector and working with Fortune 500 companies, she works as an advisor for growing businesses to help enhance their value and reach their business objectives. She’s a dynamic member of our team, leveraging her sales and marketing, and P&L experience to our current and future product suite.

Gwen also serves on a several private company boards in Silicon Valley, and is an active member of the angel investment network, Golden Seeds.

Yossi Nakash
CTO & Co-Founder

A true developer, Yossi has been developing and coding in Java / J2EE, C++, .Net, and C# for over 20 years, focusing mainly on the RD side of things. Entering the Oracle World about 10 years ago, Yossi immersed himself in the world of Oracle SOA, Weblogic, EBS and EBS Mobile, as well as the Java side of things.


Prior to joining Mia to found AuraPlayer, Yossi held the role of RD team leader at RadView and was a Java developer at Motorola.
