MY TOP 11 ADF KSCOPE 14 SESSIONS

Now back to business. The first thing to check out is the Sunday ADF Symposium: The Mobile Development Strategy . It’s no secret that Mobile is one of the fastest growing and most important areas of technology to focus on today; this introductory symposium will offer advice on how to address the special challenges of mobile apps and what you need to know before you start. Come learn from Oracle about  building mobile apps and get tips for before starting your own development projects. Also consider attending some of the hands-on training sessions like the “Hands-On Training: Developing On-Device Mobile Applications with Oracle” being held by Joe Huang from Oracle.

The next big ADF event is Monday night when Oracle’s Mobility and Development Tools group is hosting “ADF Open Mic Night Featuring Mobility.” This is an opportunity to come and share or just hear about triumphs, challenges and tips and tricks for ADF from others within the Oracle community.

With over 300 sessions to choose from and around 100 that just focus on ADF and Mobile, you will certainly be spoiled for choice at Kscope14. Since life already has too many choices to make, I’ve created a top ten sessions list to make your life a little easier. Of course my session “Bring Your Legacy Applications to the Mobile World” is the one we most recommend, but there are a lot of other great looking sessions to attend. For all of you ADFers who still have large Forms investments, be sure to make time to attend the panel I am c0-hosting with Michael Ferrante: “Experts Panel: Should I Migrate My Oracle Forms Applications?.”
