Find out how Jubilee Life’s data-entry process went from 24-hours to a matter of seconds by using AuraRPA.
Industry: Insurance
Product: Auraplayer RPA
Oracle System: Oracle Forms
Business Need
As a life insurance company with approximately 8,500 employees and multiple distribution channels, Jubilee’s core business relies heavily on data collection and data entry from multiple sources and branch locations. Jubilee’s core ERP application is located in a central branch, and they were seeking a more efficient way to transfer data between locations, rather than ship paperwork overnight from each branch to the main office by carrier. As a first step, they created a new data-entry portal using Sharepoint and SQL Server, which allowed employees to now input data from their branch office and eliminated the paper processes. However, they still needed an RPA solution to achieve a complex integration between their Microsoft Sharepoint portal and their Oracle Forms back-office system that would allow the newly inputted data to be synchronized automatically.
“It was so fast and easy that we now plan to increase our RPA process to other areas as well.”
Kashif Naqvi,
Head of Digital Technology and Strategic Planning, Jubilee Life
Why Jubilee Life Chose AuraPlayer
AuraRPA does not use screen scraping, therefore UI changes and upgrades won’t affect existing automations or RPA flows.
Run concurrent flows on the same server – rather than only one flow (or process) per bot at one time or deploying on multiple servers.
Move between
environments by changing environment-specific variables, instead of re-recording the use case for each environment.
