COLLABORATE18 is just around the corner with over 1000 sessions. We know it’s not easy to make sense of your agenda but if you are interested in EBS mobilization, ChatBots, Legacy modernization, Cloud enablement we thought we’d share with you the sessions you won’t want to miss. So, to save you some time and help you navigate the fascinating maze of Collaborate 18, we’ve prepared a list of our most recommended sessions:

1- First and foremost, we must start with our very own Mia Urman CEO of AuraPlayer’s session  Wish Your EBS System Could Talk? Then Chatbots are For You! In this session, you will see LOTS of really cool demos and learn how to leverage Oracle’s newest technology – ChatBots, to give your applications the voice they deserve – natural language! And remember to add the other exciting sessions by Mia Urman 2- It’s Time: A Beginners Guide to Mobile Options for EBS and Hybrid Cloud and 3- How to Bridge Your On-Premise Applications to the Cloud to your agenda.

4- The next session on our list also features Chatbots – Cloud Applications HCM build your own chatbot. This session deconstructs the chatbot to explain how it works. Chatbots for HR are really popular right now, we at AuraPlayer have also done such a use case. Debra Lilley is an ACE Director and an incredible speaker, so you should not miss this one.

5- Let’s Start Chatting: Bot-Enable Your Oracle Enterprise Applications and SaaS by Jon Huang is star session for us at Collaborate18. He will talk about millennial application users who are demanding a more natural interaction with enterprise applications. Okay, so must be sensing a theme by now …Yes, guilty as charged, …We are Chatbots addicts. But for good reason. And you will learn why if you come to Mia’s session 😉

6- Oracle E-Business Suite User Experience and Mobile: Update, Strategy and Roadmap by Jeanne Lowell. Want to better plan how to provide your EBS end-users with improved user experience and on-the-go access? This session will give you Oracle’s vision directly from the Oracle EBS head honcho herself! Get the big picture about Oracle EBS overall UX and mobile strategy

7- Cloud, Usability, Mobile & More: E-Business Suite Technology Updates & Roadmap – this session by Lisa Parekh provides an overview of Oracle EBS technology strategy, capabilities and associated business benefits of recent releases and roadmap. Extending Oracle EBS to the Cloud is one of AuraPlayer’s major missions, so we are excited to see what Oracle has in store.

8- Options and Considerations for Moving WebCenter Content and Portal to the Cloud by Jerry Aber. We always love sessions of tips and tricks of lifting and shifting desktop applications to the cloud – especially if they are being presented by Fishbowl Solutions team members who are outstanding experts in Cloud technology and our valued partners

 9- Becoming a Smart City Using Oracle Service Cloud, City of San Jose by Ektaa Lilani is the next on our list because mobilizing cities is something AuraPlayer is very excited about. We’ve done a project with NYC Metropolitan Transit Authority and transformed their Oracle Forms application to seamlessly connect with Oracle’s Mobile Cloud Service. So we are intrigued to hear what other cities are doing in the space.

10- Rise of the Bot army with Oracle Mobile Cloud Enterprise by Andy Weaver is another member of Fishbowl Solutions who will introduce a chatbot called Atlas, running on Oracle Mobile Cloud. Atlas has a special place in our heart, as we proudly took part in this project at OOW 2017 where Suhas Uliyar the VP of Mobile Strategy  showcased our BOT. Don’t miss the chance to meet Chatbot Atlas – he’s just adorable!
